Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@rcchizhov.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please include your name, email, phone number, and original order number with your return. We also suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your return for reference.
A full refund of the purchase price will be issued as a store credit which can be used for any of the items in our store. Your credit will be issued the Monday following our receipt of the returned items.
